Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating operational strategies for live streaming business and supporting the achievement of the company's revenue targets. 2. Lead the team’s business direction, including but not limited to developing and implementing user growth, monetization, and market promotion strategies for the region. 3. Monitor and analyze market trends and user needs, adjust platform operation strategies accordingly, and be accountable for data metrics growth. 4. Manage the team to ensure efficient operation and a positive working environment.

Job Requirements

1. Familiar with the mobile internet industry, with experience in overseas live streaming platforms preferred. 2. Possess excellent team management skills, strong communication and coordination abilities, and high stress tolerance. 3. Fluent in English or Bengali, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing, and able to use as a working language.
