Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the project at overseas subsidiaries, including product launch operations and related matters. 2. Manage the product launch plan overseas, coordinate with the marketing and sales teams, monitor the relevant game launch data, and ensure the smooth operation of the product. 3. Utilize data analysis to drive decision-making, research channel strategies, and develop regional channel expansion plans. Regularly analyze business performance based on operational data, identify changes, and implement optimization measures. 4. Demonstrate strong data sensitivity, conducting research across metrics such as new users, retention, payment, and reactivation to support the formulation of operational strategies. Optimize the product experience based on online feedback and data analysis. 5. Collaborate closely with the development team to contribute to the implementation and execution of online and offline marketing strategies for product features and operational activities. 6. Responsible for building and managing the operations team, including but not limited to recruitment and training.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 5 years of product operations experience. 2. Proficiency in Japanese or Korean, able to use as a working language. 3. Willingness to travel overseas in the future is a plus. 4. Strong grasp of the latest internet operation trends, capable of independent work. 5. Extensive experience in product operations, excellent data analysis skills, clear logic, and strong abilities in strategic interpretation, goal setting, competitive product analysis, and team management. 6. Experience in the metaverse, WEB3.0, gaming, or music and entertainment industries is preferred.
