Job Responsibilities
Franchisee Business Reviews: Conduct thorough evaluations covering operations, sales, profitability, financial health, and technology. Operational Support: Provide expert guidance to franchisees, crafting actionable short-, mid-, and long-term plans that promote efficiency, productivity, and profitability. Goal Development: Partner with franchise teams to set data-driven objectives and operational strategies that yield measurable results. Onboarding and Expansion: Lead onboarding processes for new franchisees and offer full support during site preparation for new openings. Relationship Building: Foster strong professional relationships with restaurant teams, managers, and above-restaurant leaders to encourage open communication and shared best practices. Training Delivery: Design and deliver targeted training sessions for franchisees, focusing on operational excellence, new menu launches, guest service, and efficiency improvements. System-wide Compliance: Implement YGF Basics and ensure adherence to operational standards and training certifications. Performance Metrics Analysis: Regularly assess key performance indicators, such as guest service reviews, sales figures, and food safety evaluations. Operational Excellence: Offer practical solutions to enhance metrics and uphold high standards in food safety, cleanliness, and maintenance. Performance Management: Assist franchisees in creating and executing Corrective Action Plans for underperforming locations. Brand Integrity: Ensure all performance metrics are accurate and that results are achieved transparently and ethically. Strategic Collaboration: Support franchisee business reviews and action plans, working closely with YGF’s leadership team to identify and act on strategic opportunities.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field (preferred). Fluency in both Chinese and English. 4+ years of experience in operations within quick-service restaurants (QSR), hospitality, or a franchise setting. Proven ability to cultivate strong relationships with franchisees, colleagues, and business partners. Expertise in root-cause problem-solving. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proficiency in creating professional presentations (e.g., PowerPoint). Proficiency in Feishu and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Experience in multi-unit franchise operations and cross-functional teamwork.
