Job Responsibilities
1. Follow up on the progress of sales targets and operational plans for designated products, ensuring tasks and plans are completed on time. 2. Compile and monitor daily marketing data and product management, organize and analyze store operation data, and develop detailed action plans for each data point to respond quickly. 3. Monitor market trends and competitor data daily, accurately select products based on industry trends and price advantages, continuously develop new and popular products, and analyze competitors' strengths and weaknesses to devise response strategies. 4. Actively research various promotional tools on the platform, propose application plans to increase store traffic, and improve click-through rates, views, and conversion rates.
Job Requirements
1. Practical experience in product operation on platforms such as Tmall/Taobao/JD, with experience in product launching and operation on Tmall Global or JD Worldwide preferred. 2. Excellent data analysis skills, capable of proposing optimization plans based on operational data. 3. Proficient in using promotional tools and software to provide tangible operations for improving store performance. 4. Strong logical communication and stress resistance skills, with persistent self-drive, innovative spirit, and a pursuit of excellence.
