Job Responsibilities
1. Manage community content strategy and player communication, including interaction with players on social media platforms and active participation in discussions. 2. Create game-related community content, package and deliver project-related information. If the R&D feedback, according to the regional attributes of the version related information. 3. Plan community-led projects, such as activities and KOL cooperation. 4. Explore high potential Japanese creators and establish good relationships with existing partner Kols. 5. Build connections with key players in the community and actively strengthen their presence among Japanese players. 6. Recruit community administrators and moderators to ensure that Japanese community social media has a professional management team. 7. Make a good link between players and R&D, and accurately convey community public opinion, feedback and suggestions.
Job Requirements
1. Successful experience in game community management and maintenance. Able to play the game in depth. 2. Have a deep understanding of the functions of social media platforms and how to attract users through social media platforms. 3. Rigorous and serious work attitude, strong self-drive and initiative to independently manage the content planning and player groups of social media platforms. 4. Be sensitive to industry trends. 5. Proficient in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable of independent internal communication, self-expression and understanding of project information.
