Job Responsibilities
1. Analyze overseas market trends, develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share, understand competitor dynamics, and adjust sales strategies to maintain a competitive edge. 2. Manage retail stores within the region, including recruiting, training, guiding, and evaluating staff to ensure team members meet sales goals and service quality standards. 3. Set and achieve regional sales targets, including revenue, profit margins, and customer satisfaction. 4. Monitor inventory levels to ensure product supply matches market demand, and reduce instances of surplus or stockouts. 5. Build and maintain relationships with key clients to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. 6. Control regional operating costs to ensure financial goals are met. 7. Oversee daily store operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies. 8. Plan and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers. 9. Ensure all business activities comply with local laws and regulations as well as company policies. 10. Prepare regular sales reports and market analyses to provide decision support for senior management.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 3-5 years of retail management experience; experience in overseas markets is preferred. 2. Good English communication skills; proficiency in the local language is a plus. 3. Ability to motivate a team, resolve conflicts, and lead change. 4. Capability to analyze market data and make data-driven decisions. 5. Deep understanding of different cultures, with respect for and adaptability to diverse cultural environments.
