Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for achieving channel sales targets. 2. Assist the national manager in developing the channel pricing system for brand products and ensure its implementation within the channel. 3. Assist the national manager in formulating and enforcing market order maintenance policies within the channel to ensure market stability and protect the interests of channel members. 4. Assist the national manager in creating and implementing channel incentive policies. 5. Manage channel orders and payments, and collect, summarize, and analyze PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) information. 6. Provide feedback and analysis on market information, customer information, and product information at the channel level. 7. Manage the department's team and conduct performance evaluations within the authorized scope.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. 2. Over 3 years of experience in the retail, electronics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries, with experience in expanding overseas channels. 3. Confident in speaking English.
