Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily operations of Yingke Waiservice Group's branch in the host country. 2. Responsible for market expansion and business development of Yingke Waiservice in the host country, formulating business development plans, developing client relationships, managing project execution, and achieving branch performance targets. 3. Maintain close communication and exchanges with partners in the host country to deepen cooperation. 4. Assist Yingke Waiservice headquarters in providing post-investment support in legal, financial, and human resources for Chinese clients in the host country. 5. Responsible for the reception, communication, and coordination of Chinese clients landing in the host country. 6. Facilitate communication and exchanges with Chinese embassies and consulates, as well as various chambers of commerce in the host country. 7. Lead business development efforts for Yingke Waiservice in the host country, including organizing online and offline events, lectures, training, and salons to expand Yingke Waiservice's local influence.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher, any major. A background in law, finance, or taxation is preferred. 2. Over 5 years of work experience, with at least 3 years of experience in international business. 3. Over 2 years of management experience. Proven experience in leading teams, with strong execution, team collaboration, and organizational skills. 4. Strong team spirit, pioneering and enterprising spirit, adept at developing and maintaining social relationships, with excellent organizational and management skills, and good coordination abilities. 5. Strong learning ability, logical thinking, ability to handle stress, and self-discipline. 6. Preference will be given to candidates with an IELTS score of 6.5 or above. Familiarity with the local language is also preferred.
