Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the sales and promotion of company products in international markets. 2. Achieve departmental sales targets based on the marketing plan, and analyze global market demands comprehensively. 3. Oversee daily management tasks and manage, guide, train, and evaluate subordinate employees. 4. Establish and optimize operational processes and management systems for company trade business. 5. Manage and maintain customer relationships and long-term strategic cooperation plans with clients. 6. Collect and organize data on market development trends, demand changes, and customer feedback. 7. Capable of independently building a team and possessing certain team management skills. 8. Participate in various international trade exhibitions to identify and follow up on potential clients. 9. Demonstrate strong perseverance and a spirit of exploration and challenge.
Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or higher in International Trade, Foreign Trade English, or related fields. 2. Familiar with trade processes, relevant laws and regulations, and knowledgeable in trade terminology, logistics, customs, and tax. 3. At least 3 years of experience in managing a foreign trade team and over 5 years of business experience. 4. Strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, with proficiency in computer office software. 5. Good management, communication, problem-solving skills, negotiation abilities, strong sense of responsibility, and resilience under pressure. 6. Experience in the hardware industry is preferred.
