Job Responsibilities
Job Description: As a Software Technical Support Engineer, you will be key to our customers' success. You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support, helping customers resolve technical issues, and collecting feedback for continuous product improvement. Main Responsibilities: Provide high-quality customer service by answering customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat. Quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues encountered by customers while using Apifox products. Write and maintain technical support documentation, including troubleshooting guides and best practices. Work closely with the product development team to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product improvement plans. Participate in regular product training and knowledge sharing to maintain a deep understanding of Apifox products. Job Requirements: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in technical support or customer service. Familiarity with the basic concepts of APIs and web services. Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks. Fluency in English, which will be used as a working language. Plus Points: Experience using Apifox or other API development tools. A background in programming, familiar with at least one programming language. Experience in writing technical documentation.
