Job Responsibilities

. MDR Europe&Southeast Asia Strategic Plan: Develop and promote overseas strategic planning for MDR services, including market insights, business design (including channel cooperation model design), business development roadmap, SASEP (Secure Custody Service Platform) functional iteration plan, to ensure that MDR is in a leading position in the industry in terms of service value and service experience. 2. Market demand and trend analysis: Thoroughly analyze market demand, customer pain points, and technological trends, identify changes in customer demand, and ensure that MDR can quickly respond to market trends. 3. Technology and product innovation: Work closely with the R&D engineering technology and security effectiveness teams to promote innovation and improvement in core technologies such as threat detection, event response automation, and attack surface management, ensuring that MDR has leading detection and response capabilities. 4. Building market competitiveness: Regularly evaluate the market performance and service effectiveness of MDR services, propose improvement suggestions and development plans, and ensure that MDR services have long-term market competitiveness. 5. Customer satisfaction and loyalty enhancement: Continuously collect and analyze customer feedback, gain a deep understanding of user needs and experiences, promote the enhancement of MDR service value and user experience optimization, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty. 6. Cross departmental collaboration and support: Work closely with departments such as sales, marketing, technical support, and customer success to ensure that MDR's market promotion, service value delivery, and service renewal expansion achieve expected goals.

Job Requirements

1. Experience in the field of network security: More than 8 years of experience in the network security industry, with a deep understanding of threat detection, incident response, attack surface management and other related technologies and their application scenarios. More than 5 years of planning experience in a large international MDR vendor is preferred. 2. Market insight ability: Having market insights that conform to frontline principles, able to deeply analyze industry trends and customer needs, and find key insights that others cannot see. Familiarity with the European (Germany&Italy) or Southeast Asian cybersecurity service markets is preferred. 3. Technical understanding and innovation ability: Deep understanding of MDR related technologies, strong curiosity and creativity, able to drive technological innovation, and closely collaborate with technical teams to ensure the sustained leadership of MDR services. Priority will be given to providing proof of past innovation achievements. 4. Communication and collaboration skills: Having excellent cross departmental communication and collaboration skills, able to drive the ultimate success of MDR services in a cross team collaborative environment. 5. Customer oriented thinking: Having customer-centric product planning thinking, able to quickly understand customer needs and meet their expectations in the field of safety through products.
