Job Responsibilities
Use tool systems to capture and analyze consumer voices Track the trend of Internet public opinion on Honor products Regularly output reports on consumer voice Act as a communication bridge between the R&D team and local consumers Assist the R&D team to obtain the specific scenarios and circumstances of the problem Conduct some hardware analysis under the guidance of the R&D team Prepare accurate and timely reports Maintain happy relationships with customers
Job Requirements
