Job Responsibilities
1. Formulate and implement the company's recruitment strategy, be able to communicate fluently in Chinese and English, and ensure that recruitment activities are consistent with the company's strategy. 2. Design and optimize the recruitment process to ensure efficient and high-quality recruitment activities. 3. Ensure the diversity of recruitment channels, including recruitment websites, social media, campus recruitment, etc., to attract talents at different levels and fields. 4. Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates, employees and external recruitment resources to enhance the company's reputation in the market. 5. Organize and analyze recruitment data and develop recruitment reports. 6. Assist in interview communication and follow-up process, and assist in the development and implementation of candidate evaluation programs. 7. Ensure a good onboarding experience for new employees and assist the company in cultivating and retaining outstanding talents.
Job Requirements
1. Proficient in Chinese & English (listening, speaking, reading and writing.) 2. Bachelor degree or above in human resources or any related majors . 3. At least 5 years of experience in recruitment or headhunting . 4. Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, able to cope with complex recruitment challenges.
