Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for formulating and implementing the development plan of the project in charge according to the group's development plan; 2. Responsible for overseas market information collection, market environment, legal environment, investment environment research and analysis; 3. Responsible for inspecting the basic situation of the project area, evaluating the feasibility of project development, negotiating and signing the project development agreement; 4. Responsible for communicating with the local government and relevant departments, and handling the relevant formalities and documents for project approval; 5. Maintain the relationship with business partners and upstream and downstream customers; 6. Participate in the project approval review, investment review and other work, analyze and judge the boundary conditions and risks of the project, and ensure that the project benefits, risks and other elements meet the company's requirements. 7. Responsible for all work in the process of pre-development, project declaration and project approval.

Job Requirements

1. More than 5 years of work experience in the early development of power station projects (wind power, thermal power, hydropower, photovoltaic, etc.); Have the ability to independently develop new energy projects; 2. Have the ability of information collection, communication and expression, relationship building, business planning, business negotiation, risk control, etc.; 3. Rich overseas government relations resources, not limited to overseas embassies and consulates in China, local government agencies, etc.; 4. Have certain government negotiation ability, follow up and understand the relevant policies of the company's business development in a timely manner, and be able to maintain and expand cooperative relations with overseas government agencies according to the company's business development goals and directions; 5. Able to adapt to the requirements of long-term overseas work, long-term overseas work experience is preferred; 6. Have good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills or listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in the local language of the project country, and be able to adapt to the pure English office environment.
