Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of paper tube manufacturing equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. 2. Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans, regularly perform preventive maintenance to reduce equipment failure rates. 3. Respond promptly to equipment failures on the production line, diagnose and repair malfunctions to ensure continuous production. 4. Record and analyze equipment operation data, propose equipment improvement suggestions and implement them. 5. Participate in the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment to ensure it meets production requirements. 6. Responsible for the management of equipment spare parts, ensuring an adequate inventory of key spares. 7. Assist the production department in process improvement to enhance equipment efficiency and product quality. 8. Train operators in equipment operation and basic maintenance to improve operational skills.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. 2. Over 3 years of equipment maintenance experience in the manufacturing industry, with experience in paper tube manufacturing equipment maintenance preferred. 3. Familiar with the working principles and maintenance methods of paper tube manufacturing equipment, with strong hands-on capabilities. 4. Capable of independently diagnosing and repairing equipment malfunctions, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Proficient in using common office software and equipment management software. 6. Have good team spirit and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with various departments.
