Job Responsibilities: 1、Customer Feedback Handling: Under the guidance of a mentor, learn how to handle customer feedback issues and organize the collected demand information. 2、Collaboration with Development Team: Maintain close communication with the development team, understand the software development progress and requirements, and provide support for operation and maintenance work. 3、Customer Communication and Maintenance: Establish and maintain good customer relationships under the guidance of a mentor, regularly visit customers to understand changes in their needs, and improve customer satisfaction. 4、Assist in Software Product Deployment: Learn and assist in the deployment of the company's software products under the guidance of a mentor, ensuring the stable operation of the system. 岗位职责: 1、客户反馈处理:在导师的指导下,学习如何处理客户反馈的问题,并整理收集到的需求信息。 2、与开发团队协作:与开发团队保持紧密沟通,了解软件的开发进度和需求,为运维工作提供支持。 3、客户沟通维护:在导师的指导下,建立并维护良好的客户关系,定期回访客户,了解需求变化,提升客户满意度。 4、协助软件产品部署:在导师的指导下,学习并协助完成公司软件产品的部署工作,确保系统能够稳定运行。
Job Requirements
