Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Operations and Marketing teams - Have a certain understanding of photo/video editing product, can experience functions of the product in depth and put forward optimisation ideas with construction significance. - Responsible for copywriting which the product and operation teams need to pay particular attention to(for promotion campaigns, go viral effect, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Experience using help desk software and remote support tools - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - Native English speaker, knowing other languages is a plus
