Job Responsibilities

1、负责当地公司进口客户维护,报价,以及异常情况的处理。 2、负责日常进口跟单操作,费用申请,报关衔接,送货签收,账单确认催收,资料归档等。 3、新能源进口业务咨询,SOP流程优化,与启运港的衔接。 4、协助上级完成其他相关工作。 Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for maintaining and quoting import customers for local companies, as well as handling abnormal situations. 2. Responsible for daily import documentation operations, expense applications, customs clearance coordination, delivery and receipt, bill confirmation and collection, data archiving, etc. 3. Consultation on new energy import business, optimization of SOP process, and connection with the port of departure. 4. Assist superiors in completing other related tasks.

Job Requirements

1、年龄35周岁以下,大学学历,中文和泰语熟练,国际贸易专业优先。 2、有进口物流客服或操作经验的优先; 3、有较强的客户服务意识和沟通协调能力。 Job requirements: 1. Age under 35 years old, university degree, proficient in Chinese and Thai, international trade major preferred. 2. Priority given to those with import logistics customer service or operational experience; 3. Strong customer service awareness and communication and coordination skills.
