Job Responsibilities
Job Description: • Assist the team leader in monitoring the service quality of voice chat rooms, identify current issues, and regularly generate optimization reports; • Responsible for monitoring the customer service system, regularly optimizing and adjusting customer service response; • Assist the team leader in user communication, and address issues between different teams; • Familiar with all settings and activities within the App, capable of providing users with answers regarding various basic settings; • Complete other tasks assigned by team leader.

Requirements: • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and analysis abilities; • Proficient in using our App, capable of identifying issues faced by users and verifying the accuracy of customer service responses; • Highly-responsible, be able to work under pressure; • Native Indonesian speaker, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
