Job Responsibilities
1、Responsible for operating user feedback platform (Whatsapp, Meta, Ins, email, independent website, etc.); 2、Timely response to user feedback, and feedback to the technical support team and to assist in the resolution, after the resolution of the reply to the user; 3, User feedback information will be sorted, recorded, and sent to the person in charge of customer service; 4, Comply with the customer service work system and related requirements; 5、Complete other work arranged by the person in charge of customer service.
Job Requirements
1、Preferred Bachelor's degree, high school education excellent people can be considered; 2, Good customer service experience and skills, skilled in the use of common office software; 3, Home office, with computer, Internet, TV; 4, Be good at English and like to watch TV is preferred. 5,Accept changes in job position and working hours; 6, Able to work evenings, holidays and weekends; 7, Good communication skills, polite and patient; 8, Strong learning ability and hard-working work spirit, active thinking.
