Job Responsibilities
1. Actively interact with users, answer questions for users through the online customer service platform, and maintain user loyalty and contribution; 2. Collect, organize and analyze user feedback needs from daily work content, and be able to extend valuable thinking from the execution process and optimize product strategies; 3. Coordinate with various departments to improve the overall operational efficiency of the product.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above; 2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, which can be used as a working language; 3. Those with relevant work experience or customer service work experience are preferred; 4. Have excellent communication skills, language expression skills, and process control skills, and can reasonably explain and handle user objections; 5. Be flexible, have strong learning ability, adaptability and coordination ability, and can handle emergency problems independently; 6. Have a sense of responsibility, have a good sense of service, strong affinity, be careful, meticulous, patient, and have a team spirit; 7. Be able to accept the daily scheduling system, two days off, and three shifts.
