Process Quality Manager - Lighting Industry We are seeking a talented Process Quality Manager to join our innovative team in the lighting industry. In this role, you will take charge of managing quality issues, particularly those related to electronic functionality during the mass production process. You will work closely with R&D, ME, and maintenance engineers to identify root causes and implement effective improvement strategies. You will be contributing to following key job areas : Identify and address quality anomalies during mass production, with a focus on electronic functionality. Lead collaborative efforts with R&D, ME, and maintenance engineers to analyze root causes and recommend improvement strategies. Work alongside PQC to assess the effectiveness of tooling and fixture integration into mass production. Train inspectors while showcasing strong quality management and cross-department communication skills. Provide prompt support to PQC inspectors with any issues encountered during the inspection process. Analyze the root causes of functional defects in finished products and develop improvement strategies in partnership with relevant stakeholders. Carry out tasks as directed by management. We are expecting you can be : More than accumulative 5 years of experience as a Process Quality Engineering field in the lighting industry. Proficient in using design software such as AD, Pads, and CAD. Familiar with commonly used electronic product testing instruments and equipment. Strong understanding of circuit principles and analysis, including knowledge of BUCK, BOOST, and BUCK-BOOST topologies. Detail-oriented and practical, with clear logical thinking, strong communication and coordination skills, and a solid sense of responsibility.
