Job Responsibilities

1. Set the project QCDTM goal according to the customer's needs and ensure its achievement. 2. Establish a CFT team based on the needs of project development, assign tasks and track them, and convene project meetings; 3. According to the Gateway system, effective node management is carried out to clarify the output and plan implementation in the stages of RFQ, development review, design development, process planning, process development, and debugging. 4. Be responsible for the development results of the project, summarize the project and report on it, and share the experience of project success or failure internally; 5. Be able to identify, judge, prevent, control and upgrade potential risks in a timely manner; have a strong sense of risk; 6. As the window between the company and customers, lead all issues between the company and customers during the project process; 7. Responsible for the construction of the project team led by the team leader, the establishment of talent echelons, and the guidance and training of personnel.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical/mold/material/vehicle engineering and other engineering majors; 2. Engaged in project management for 3 years or more; 3. Proficiency in English; able to communicate with foreign customers and suppliers; 4. Familiar with the development process and system of the main engine factory, and have a certain understanding of the process of aluminum and structural parts products. 5. Able to accept business trips to India.
