Job Responsibilities
1.Oversee the management of the company's overseas business; 2.Develop and implement strategies to expand overseas markets and achieve company strategic goals; 3. Plan and execute projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to quality standards; 4. Manage and guide project team members according to company management standards, ensuring project objectives are met; 5. Coordinate internal resources to provide necessary support for projects; 6. Communicate and coordinate with local partners and colleagues to ensure smooth project collaboration; 7.Write project progress reports and summary reports, reporting on project developments and outcomes; 8. Participate in project selection and evaluation, and optimize and improve projects; 9. Provide periodic reports on the status of overseas management to the company and communicate company management culture requirements.
Job Requirements
1.Outstanding recent graduate majoring in Spanish from a 985/211 university; 2. 2 years or more relevant work experience, with overseas project management experience preferred; 3.Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and project management skills; 4. Proficiency in Spanish as a working language; 5.Knowledge of the Latin American market and local laws and regulations, with applicable response strategies; 6.Good stress tolerance and problem-solving skills.
