Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities 1. Customer Support and Claims Management • Manage and resolve customer claims: Serve as the primary contact for technical complaints, assessing claims, coordinating with internal teams for timely solutions, and, where needed, providing on-site technical assistance and troubleshooting for key customer accounts. • Customer presentation support: Join the sales team in customer meetings, offering technical insights and demonstrating a deep understanding of PV solutions to build customer confidence in our products. 2. Technical Project Solutions and Proposal Development • Develop and customize project solutions: Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to create tailored PV module solutions for specific client projects, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with client needs. Customize project solutions based on on-site evaluations and specific environmental conditions. • Review and validate technical documents: Ensure accuracy and relevance of technical documentation, including installation manuals, product specifications, and data sheets. 3. Certification Coordination and Quality Assurance • Coordinate product certifications: Work closely with certification bodies to obtain and maintain relevant PV module certifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards. • Involve in supplier audit and qualification: Participate in the audit and qualification process for new suppliers, evaluating quality, reliability, and alignment with company standards. 4. Technical Support and Product Development • Provide technical support: Offer ongoing technical support to the sales and business development teams, responding to technical inquiries and guiding clients on product applications. Deliver training sessions for clients on PV module installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. • Product feedback for R&D: Act as a bridge between customers and R&D by providing real-world feedback to support ongoing product improvement and innovation, ensuring that customer insights and field experiences inform the development process. 5. Marketing, Events, and Industry Networking • Attend industry fairs and exhibitions: Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, showcasing products, networking with industry professionals, and gathering market insights to inform internal strategy. • Conduct technology intelligence: Stay updated on industry advancements and competitor offerings to provide relevant insights to internal teams and adjust strategic direction as needed. Collaboration and Communication • Cross-departmental coordination: Facilitate communication with R&D, production, and sales teams to support customer needs, drive product improvements, and ensure cohesive and efficient workflows.
Job Requirements
Qualifications • Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, New Energy Engineering, or a related field. • Experience: 1-3 years in the PV or renewable energy industry. • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of PV systems, industry standards, and certifications. Key Skills • Technical Problem Solving: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to address customer issues both remotely and on-site, with a customer-centric approach. • Project Management: Skilled in managing project timelines, coordinating resources, and handling customer expectations. • Documentation and Communication: Proficient in technical writing and documentation, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to technical and non-technical audiences. • Field Adaptability: Comfortable working in varied field conditions and quickly adapting solutions based on real-time observations. • Industry Insight: Strong understanding of PV technology trends, industry certifications, and quality assurance processes. Preferred Skills • Client Relationship Management: Skilled at fostering long-term customer relationships through trust and technical expertise. • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail, especially in technical documentation, product certification, and quality assurance. • Market Awareness: Ability to conduct technology intelligence and market research, staying ahead of PV industry trends. Additional Requirements • Willingness to travel for customer meetings, on-site support, trade shows, and industry events. • Fluent in English, proficient in French and / or Chinese is a plus.
