Job Responsibilities
1. Assist sales in obtaining customer orders, conduct product technical QA and POC in the pre-sales stage. 2. Manage customer network resources, coordinate customer guest platforms with market activities. 3. Provide important opportunities for immediate customer response and necessary assistance to solve customer problems with optimal efficiency and maintain stable customer relationships. 4. Proactively identify problems for enterprise customers, understand customer needs, formulate the best solutions, and create the best usage results for enterprise customers. 5. Actively understand customer user experience and feedback, proactively learn about competitor features, organize competitor comparisons, regularly compile and report product feature optimization and user experience to the product team. 6. Provide appropriate integrated solutions during the contract period, corresponding to the enterprise customer training plan and key success indicators, to create opportunities for resale. 7. Actively understand customers' user experience and feedback, regularly summarize and report product feature optimization and user experience to the product team. 8. Based on the final transaction size of the customer, collaborate with Sales in a timely manner, coordinate with the planning and execution of pre import meetings, and ensure a smooth customer handover process. 9. Establish good communication and collaboration with various departmental teams. 10. Continuously monitor the technological trends in the enterprise IT field, understand market dynamics and the unique value of Fansoft.
Job Requirements
1. University degree or above, major in science, engineering or related fields. 2. Familiar with SQL Script, Excel, JavaScript and other skills. 3. Proficient in using and managing at least one database engine. 4. Have a high degree of self-learning willingness for data analysis applications and IT technology solution integration. 5. Patient in communication with others, strong resistance to pressure, clear thinking, strong collaboration ability, and the ability to quickly learn, actively innovate, and integrate. 6. Good document reading and writing skills in both Chinese and English, proficient in using briefings to summarize work experience. 7. Able to establish business trust relationships with customer decision-making levels.
