Job Responsibilities
Handles sales enquiries and prepare quotations to distributors, customers in the timely manner Work closely with the Sales Team and provide technical support to customers Process sales orders to HQ, and manage the orders from sales orders to delivery Keep track of order status, update distributors & customers on order, delivery status Coordinate with HQ, liaise with distributors and customers on delivery shipment, payment issues, collection of payment Liaise and resolve any sales issues with respective customers Track quotes and provide weekly / monthly updates to Management. Develop and maintain good customer business relationship
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Candidate with valves and actuation experience is an advantage Working in similar valves line or practical knowledge with Ball, Butterfly, GGC valves and its associated actuators will be advantage Good command in English & Chinese to liaise with HQ associates & customers Proficient with Microsoft Office and SAP is a plus point Good communication skills and able to liaise with factory Independent, articulate, strong technical knowledge and a team player Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR only.
