Job Responsibilities
1. Provide professional after-sales support for air compressor installations, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting. 2. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions. 3. Conduct regular checks and maintenance on air compressor systems to prevent potential faults. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical advice. 5. Continuously improve service processes and customer satisfaction levels.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 1 years of experience in air compressor service or a similar industrial equipment service role. 3. Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for international communication. 4. Strong technical skills in mechanical and electrical systems, particularly related to air compressors. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-focused mindset. 6. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for service tasks.
