Job Responsibilities
1. Operations Management Participate in the management of various operational business modules in logistics, such as capacity management, reasonable planning of transportation capacity, and ensuring timely transportation of goods; Performance service management for large items, reverse engineering, cold chain and other sectors 2. Quality optimization Deeply participate in regional operational quality management, collect and analyze quality data, identify problem areas in operations, promote new business and operational models, continuously optimize and innovate logistics related business processes, formulate and implement improvement measures, promote the achievement of quality goals, and enhance customer satisfaction 3. Business Expansion and Customer Maintenance Assist in developing new customers, understanding market demand, promoting logistics service products, maintaining good relationships with existing customers, promptly handling customer complaints and feedback, improving customer loyalty, exploring potential customer needs, and expanding business cooperation scope 4. Data statistics and analysis Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing logistics related data, such as cargo transportation volume, inventory turnover rate, and on-time delivery rate. Through data analysis, provide support for operational decisions, develop reasonable operational plans and strategies, optimize logistics costs and resource allocation 5. Teamwork and Communication Work closely with various departments within the company, such as procurement, sales, customer service, etc., coordinate resources, ensure smooth connection between logistics business and other business processes, serve as a bridge between the headquarters and Southeast Asian branches, and coordinate and solve language, cultural, and policy issues in business execution 6. Management Trainee Training Program Phase 1 (6 months): Shanghai headquarters rotation (International Business Department, Supply Chain Management Department, Risk Control and Compliance Department) Phase 2 (12 months): Dispatched to Southeast Asian countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines to conduct on-site learning on local logistics, warehousing operations, and market expansion Phase Three (Long term): Targeted Promotion to Southeast Asia Regional Manager or Department Head
Job Requirements
1. Educational background Full time undergraduate degree or above from the class of 2025, majoring in logistics management, international trade, supply chain management, or related fields 2. Language proficiency Proficient in English (CET-6/IELTS 6.5 or above)+proficient in Southeast Asian mother tongue (Indonesian/Malay/Filipino, etc., language certificate required) 3. Culture and Experience Familiar with Southeast Asian society and culture, with life or work experience preferred 4. Quality requirements Clear logic, skilled in data analysis (proficient in using Excel and Tableau), with certain ability to handle pressure, etc
