Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the pre-sale, sale and after-sales technical support of overseas market business, including providing technical consultation, program writing, product demonstration, technical training around customers and channel partners, etc. 2. Organize or cooperate with online and offline technology display and publicity, and be responsible for technical explanation; 3. Responsible for order preparation and review; 4. Provide delivery technical training, delivery field guidance, product debugging, etc.; 5. Provide after-sales technical support such as fault maintenance, cooperate with customers to deal with complaints, and solve problems in time; 6. Collect product and technical information of competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechatronics, mechatronics, electrical automation or related; Foreign preferred, Native English ; 2.3 years of industrial products overseas technical support experience; 3. Proficient in CAD, solidworks and other drawing and design software; 4. Communication and coordination skills, strong ability to work under pressure, can adapt to short-term business trips.
