Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our growing business in the Southeast Asia market. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong service mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide professional and efficient customer service to customer in Southeast Asia via email, phone, and chat. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Assist in improving service processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above. Fluent in English (both written and spoken); proficiency in any Southeast Asian language (e.g., Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Tagalog) is a strong plus. Prior experience in EMS, or customer service is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. Hardworking, proactive, and able to work under pressure. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
