Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities: Recruitment Management: Post job requirements, attract and recruit suitable talents for the organization, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Administrative Affairs: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office management, ensuring a well-organized and productive work environment. Employee Lifecycle Management: Facilitate employee onboarding, contract management (including signing and renewals), resignation procedures, and social security-related tasks, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Employee File Management: Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access. Office Management: Oversee office hygiene and environmental standards, manage the purchase, inventory, and distribution of office supplies, and ensure a comfortable and safe workspace. Policy & Procedure Implementation: Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and regulations. Report on the adherence to administrative guidelines and suggest improvements where necessary. Pre-Sales Customer Support: Interact with potential customers, providing information on products or services, answering inquiries, and building positive relationships to drive sales opportunities. Complaint & Dispute Resolution: Efficiently and professionally address customer complaints or issues, resolving them promptly to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. Additional Tasks: Perform any other related tasks assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage with employees, candidates, and customers. Coordination & Leadership: Demonstrate the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and lead projects or initiatives within the administrative and recruitment functions. Education Background: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory if extensive relevant experience is present. Knowledgeable in Administrative Management: Familiarity with administrative practices, procedures, and regulations is essential for efficient operation. Proficiency in Office Software: Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant office management software to streamline administrative tasks. Customer-Centric Approach: A strong customer service mindset, with the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy. Attention to Detail: Possess a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative, recruitment, and customer-facing activities. Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify issues, analyze options, and implement solutions quickly and effectively. Adaptability & Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, demonstrating resilience and a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
