Job Responsibilities
Key Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and executing HR strategies and functions in collaboration with global team and be partnership with leadership teams of ALCT. This individual will be crucial in designing and implementing scalable HR infrastructure, developing high-velocity talent acquisition strategies, and building sustainable organizational capabilities across our US operation. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Strategic Growth Management: •Design and execute comprehensive HR scaling strategies aligned with our aggressive growth targets and global HR objectives. •Develop workforce planning models for both short and long terms to support business expansion across US markets •Involve and get deep understanding of business, work closely and partnership with ALCT leaders to create scalable HR processes and systems that can flex with rapid organizational growth •Foster a culture of true ownership mentality and strong leadership across the organization. •Collaborate on global initiatives and contribute to the development of a unified HR strategy. •Act as a liaison between corporate HR and US to assure ALCT local alignment. •Develop and monitor metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs. Organizational Design & Scaling •Participate in designing and implementing organizational structures that support rapid scaling •Design flexible team structures that can quickly adapt to changing business needs •Develop frameworks for rapid team expansion while maintaining cultural integrity •Create and manage change management strategies for various growth scenarios Talent Strategy and Talant Acquisition: • Gain in-depth understanding of business and organizational situations, analyze and identify recruitment needs, clarify talent profiles, and ensure the creation and maintenance of accurate job descriptions and qualifications. •Manage end-to end recruitment process and build high-velocity recruitment engines in US market, including but not limited to talent acquisition strategy, channels, process and mechanism. • Develop innovative talent acquisition strategies for hard-to-fill roles, key technical roles and senior executive roles. Work directly and closely with hiring managers for talent recruitment. •Establish talent pipeline partnerships with universities and technical institutions •Actively explore various channels to source candidates, conduct necessary cold outreach to all potential candidates, establish a talent pool to ensure finding the most suitable talent in a timely manner •Design competitive compensation structures that scale with company growth •Research, develop and implement best practices for candidate recruitment, assessment and onboarding •Regularly conduct talent market reports and analysis within the region and industry, providing talent selection recommendations to hiring managers • Participate in designing and implementing initiatives to promote company's employer branding Talent Development & Training: •Support business units in developing talent development plans for professional/technical staff and management personnel across different job families and levels • Manage learning and development to ensure effective development program. • Partner with ALCT business leaders to identify performance needs and recommend future training programs Performance Management: • Create scalable performance management and development frameworks. • Closely monitor every level in probation or transfer to ensure best job fit. • Coach and support managers in conducting goal setting, performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees. • Identify and promote opportunities for employee development and growth. Employee Relations: • Build and maintains efficient communication channels, acts as a point of contact for employees and management regarding HR-related inquiries, issues, and concerns. •Resolve conflicts and manage employee relations cases, handle necessary internal investigations; promptly collects analyzes and addresses concerns and complaints raised by employees or issues identified by HR, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. • Identify and mitigate potential HR related risks and develop policies and procedures to address them. Other HR Operations: •Drive to implement global HRIS systems to support rapid organizational scaling •Develop automated HR processes and workflows for efficiency at scale. •Design and implement HR analytics systems for data-driven decision making •Develop programs to ensure cultural alignment with company values and global performance •Create engagement strategies that work effectively in both startup and scaling phases •Design and implement communication frameworks for growing organizations •Provide regular timely reporting to senior management Other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
•Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •12 years and above Human Resources experience with at least 5 years in a scaling organization. •Proven track record of building HR functions in high-growth companies with experience in technology or engineering-focused startup scaling from early stage to mature organization preferred. •Strong background in organizational design and change management •Strategic workforce planning and organizational design expertise •Ability to build and manage rapid team expansion •Demonstrated success in building and optimizing HR systems and processes •Experience with high-volume recruitment and scaling strategies •Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders during rapid growth •Strong business acumen and strategic thinking •Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS system. •Excellent understanding of HR laws, regulations, and compliance. •Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. •Exceptional project management, time management, and conflict resolution skills. •Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, be able to take cross-time zone communication. •Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, and dynamic work environment. •Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity with strong entrepreneurship •Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to execute with minimal oversight. •High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail. •Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly preferred
