Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for managing and coordinating the daily work and itinerary arrangements of the Chairman of the Board; 2. Assist the Chairman of the Board in handling business receptions, customer visits, and other related matters 3. Accompany the Chairman of the Board on business trips or negotiations; 4. Assist the Chairman of the Board in communicating and coordinating business affairs with various departments of the company; 5. Assist in handling official documents, emails, and other related correspondence; 6. Responsible for organizing important speeches and instructions from the Chairman of the Board, drafting relevant reports and materials; 7. Coordinate and handle external relations, as well as maintain public relations;
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above,foreign candidate preferred; 2.Secretarial related work experience is preferred; 3.Fluent in both Chinese and English; 4.Good writing skills, capable of drafting office documents; 5.Good communication, coordination and execution abilities; 6.Have a good professional image.
