Job Responsibilities
1. Through exhibitions, Alibaba, Official website+Google, Develop clients for platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc; 2. Daily communication, follow-up, implementation, maintenance, and feedback to customers 3. Timely follow up on emails and inquiries to improve customer satisfaction and platform response rates; 4. Handle various product demands, quotations, orders, deliveries, and payment collection from customers through the entire sales process 5. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing; 2. Familiar with foreign trade business models, with over 3 years of work experience in foreign trade; 3. Strong ability to independently develop new customers, proactive in work; 4. Familiar with Alibaba International Station, proficient in using one or more social media platforms such as WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., and able to independently search for customers; 5. Passionate about foreign trade work, with good communication and expression skills, strong team spirit, meticulous and down-to-earth work, proactive, and a strong sense of responsibility.
