Job Responsibilities
At Explorelife we teach English through engaging with literature and writing practice for students aged 3-14. In the beginning, it is likely that new teachers will predominantly take on Phonics Program, and lower level literature/writing coursework (e.g. Bridge Course) with the opportunity to teach picture books, novels, grammar, and different writing mediums in the future. Teachers must keep in contact with their Head Teacher and operations staff about student progress and maintain a professional relationship with parents. EL Teachers should provide a consistently challenging classroom environment for students and ensure that their teaching methodology is congruent with EL’s philosophy and goals. Teachers will work five days a week (three weekdays and weekend), with normal working shifts are 13-21 for three weekdays and 9-6 at weekend.
Job Requirements
1. Native speakers are preferred. 2. Bachelor Degree or above 3. Speaks English at an idiomatic level TESOL/TEFL certificate (or equivalent) is a must 4. Candidates with bilingual or international school working/experience is an advantage 5. Diligence and placing a high value on punctuality 6. Good communication skill and team work spirit 7. Love children and be patient for helping and teaching them
