Job Responsibilities: 1. Data Search, and Using Emails & Social Media: Search through academic databases and professional journals, and also use emails and social media platforms. Figure out potential authors precisely, and invite them to submit manuscripts, so as to get the manuscripts we want and organize them. 2. External Contact and Promotion: Get in touch regularly with academic institutions both at home and abroad, as well as famous scholars. Represent the publishing house to promote our journal actively, and find more chances for academic cooperation and communication. 3. Manuscript Screening: Be in charge of the first-round check of the manuscripts we receive, making sure they meet our journal's academic standards and publishing requirements. 4. Market Info and Author Feedback: Keep a close watch on what's going on in the academic journal market. Collect and analyze authors' feedback in a timely manner, and come up with ideas for improvement. 5. Business Growth and Performance Evaluation: Expand our business effectively, reach the monthly target for soliciting manuscripts and publishing them, and make sure our personal performance reaches or surpasses the evaluation standards. 6.Communication Skills and Ability to Handle Pressure: Have great cross-cultural communication skills, and be able to work efficiently even under a lot of pressure. People with relevant work experience or resources will be preferred.

Job Requirements

Position Requirements: 1.Educational background and major: We need candidates with at least a bachelor's degree. If you've got a science or engineering background, especially in fields like medicine, biology, geology, or engineering, you'll be at the top of our list. 2.Industry experience and resources: If you've worked in places like hospitals, schools, or research institutions before, or you have useful contacts in these areas, that's a big plus. 3.English proficiency: Be proficient in both written and oral expressions in Chinese and English. 4.Communication and expression skills: You've gotta be great at communicating. Be able to build good relationships with scholars and different institutions. Also, teamwork and problem - solving skills are a must.
