Job Responsibilities
1. Participate in the company's annual plans and medium-to-long-term strategic planning. 2. Responsible for marketing and operational management, skilled in team goal setting and breakdown, review and summarization. 3. Assist the general manager in internal coordination to ensure smooth work across departments, and supervise the implementation of systems, processes, and culture.
Job Requirements
1. At least 2 years of team management experience. 2. Analytical thinker with excellent data analysis and PPT presentation skills. 3. Strong business acumen, familiarity with the Brazilian trade environment is preferred. 4. Experience in managing within a Fortune Global 500 company is preferred.
