Job Responsibilities
1, responsible for translating and proofreading knowledge base, service rules and other texts; 2. Work with the entire customer service team to collect, research and analyze business-related information and provide analysis and optimization reports; 3. Responsible for the user research in the target market/country, and put forward professional suggestions to help the team optimize the rules and processing procedures to improve customer satisfaction.

Job requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above, C1 or above level in any of the following languages: German, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Greek, Arabic, Hungarian, Russian, Finnish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Kazakh, Serbian, Romanian, Danish, Irish, Filipino, Norwegian, Malay, Magyar, Slovak, Slovene, Bulgarian, Estonian Latvian, Croatian, Lithuanian, Zulu, Montenegrin, Catalan, Albanian, Macedonian, etc. 2, good logical analysis and judgment ability, excellent execution; 3. Familiar with the operation process of customer service business modules, preferred; 4. Professional experience in quality system construction, project management, process optimization or Six Sigma is preferred.
