Job Responsibilities
1. Fully responsible for personnel and administrative work at the production base in Thailand; 2. Develop an annual recruitment plan based on the company's development and personnel growth needs, and organize its implementation; 3. Organize employee performance evaluation and implementation according to the company's performance evaluation system; 4. Establish company structure and rules and regulations, in accordance with Thai laws and leadership intentions, including attendance system, leave system, security management system, and company vehicle management system;; 5. Standardize and improve the company's personnel management system, formulate and improve various personnel systems, and organize their implementation; 6. Handling employee complaints, strikes, termination of labor relations, and other employee relations; 7. Calculate attendance and overtime pay; 8. Optimization of personnel allocation in the human resources department, division of departmental work, and follow-up process and results; 9. Organize and promote the construction of corporate culture; 10. Assist Thai employees in obtaining visas and related external work; 11. Arrange reception work for leaders, customers, suppliers, and other personnel going to Thailand.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in Thai and able to communicate as a barrier free language for work and life; 2. More than 5 years of experience in personnel and administrative work in large enterprises, preferably in the automotive, machinery/manufacturing industries; 3. Able to independently manage the six major modules of human resources, including recruitment and performance, as well as administrative management, and have led a team; 4. Understand the local labor regulations in Thailand.
