Job Responsibilities
1) Responsible for tracking platform fulfillment after-sales and collaborating with merchants to resolve issues (primarily with merchants in the Italian region, including buyers, brand owners, distributors, etc.). 2) Organize daily operational data and generate relevant reports. 3) Monitor operations, identify anomalies, and coordinate solutions with internal teams or merchants. 4) Handle daily tasks related to platform promotional activities. 5) Reconcile shipments with merchants. 6) Coordinate the onboarding of new merchants onto the platform, ensuring proper preliminary work and implementation.
Job Requirements
1) Bachelor's degree or higher; fresh graduates are also considered; proficiency in Italian as a working language. 2) Tools: Proficient in Excel/PPT. 3) Data analysis skills and a basic understanding of commercial logic and concepts. 4) Outgoing and positive personality; results-oriented, able to work under pressure; possess a correct understanding of entrepreneurship, sufficient passion, and full commitment.
