1. **Daily Affairs Management**: Assist the general manager in handling various daily matters, such as personal schedule management, meeting reminders, and travel arrangements. 2. **Travel Arrangements**: Organize domestic and international travel for the general manager, including flights, hotels, and transportation, ensuring smooth travel experiences. 3. **Document Management**: Organize and manage personal documents, handle emails, and prepare meeting materials or other documents as needed. 4. **Meeting Arrangements**: Assist in preparing and organizing meetings, including booking meeting rooms, taking meeting minutes, and coordinating with participants. 5. **Communication and Coordination**: Act as a liaison between the general manager and other executives, employees, and external contacts, delivering messages and coordinating affairs. 6. **Lifestyle Services**: Arrange and manage daily life services for the general manager, such as dining, fitness, and healthcare, as per the manager's requirements. 7. **Financial Assistance**: Help manage personal expense reimbursements, banking matters, and other financial tasks. 8. **Crisis Management**: Respond swiftly to emergencies and resolve unexpected issues, ensuring the general manager's life and work proceed smoothly. 9. **Confidentiality**: Protect the personal privacy and business secrets of the general manager, following the company's confidentiality policies. 10. **Driving and Travel Support**: Responsible for daily driving tasks, safely and punctually transporting the general manager to various events, meetings, and business locations. Also manage vehicle maintenance, cleaning, and servicing to ensure the vehicle is in good condition.
