Job Responsibilities

1. Assist the overseas factory head in production and operations management, with expertise in at least one module such as SMT, engineering, equipment, project management, or quality management; 2. Optimize production management systems, standards, processes, quality, and safety frameworks to improve capacity and ensure lean, safe, orderly, high-quality, and efficient factory operations; 3. Coordinate the responsible module with headquarters/domestic factories for collaborative work.

Job Requirements

1. Willing to be stationed in India/Africa/South Asia; 2. Bachelor’s degree or above, aged 30-38; 3. Over 5 years of management experience in manufacturing, familiar with key production processes and workflows, skilled in production control, on-site management, cost control, quality management, and safety management; 4. Possess business and team management skills, with excellent communication and coordination abilities; 5. Fluent in English as a working language.
