Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily management of the Engineering Department, ensuring the implementation of project plans and goals. Manage and supervise the construction process to ensure the project's progress, quality, safety, and cost control objectives are met. 2. Evaluate the requirements for equipment and tooling, confirm and supervise production line testing equipment standards to ensure the reliability of production testing. 3. Responsible for process optimization, designing and manufacturing fixtures and tooling, and factory layout. 4. Research and organize the implementation of new materials, processes, and methods to achieve cost reduction and improved efficiency. 5. Develop and refine process documentation and oversee its implementation, providing technical support to the production department. 6. Conduct feasibility analysis for new products, including prototype creation, trial production, mass production introduction, handling of anomalies, and summarizing new product performance.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics; over 5 years of experience as an Engineering Manager. 2. Familiar with electronic circuits and the working principles of microcontrollers; proficient in analyzing and assessing electronic circuits. 3. Extensive experience in FA (Failure Analysis), with a clear logical approach and thought process in analysis. 4. Strong cost awareness and understanding of lean manufacturing processes; proven track record of successful cost reduction and efficiency improvement. 5. Knowledge of ISO9000 system documentation; strong organizational and adaptability skills. 6. Good professional ethics and team spirit. 7. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills; strong ability to handle pressure.
