Job Responsibilities
1. Oversee the production department, organize and implement production work according to the PMC production plan, and ensure quality and quantity in completing production tasks. 2. Develop, review, and improve production department management systems and workflows, ensuring clear processes, well-defined job responsibilities, and accountability. 3. Manage production scheduling and coordination in the workshop, organize on-site production and process management. 4. Control product quality on the production floor, participate in quality issue analysis, and implement corrective and preventive measures. Ensure self-inspection by all staff. 5. Train production management personnel and core position talent. 6. Perform daily maintenance, upkeep, and 7S operations of equipment. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or higher, with over 5 years of production management experience, including at least 3 years as a production supervisor/manager. 2. Familiar with electronic product manufacturing processes, experienced in KPI assessment, and preferably with experience in camera or headphone products. 3. Knowledgeable about production department workflows, capable of independently managing production department operations, and experienced in practical work for improving efficiency and reducing costs.
