Job Responsibilities

1. According to the production tasks of the factory, formulate production plans and production schedules. 2. Adjust the production plan in time according to the production situation to ensure the smooth progress of production. 3. Optimize the production process, improve production efficiency and reduce production costs. 4. Responsible for quality control in the production process to ensure that the quality meets the standards. 5. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, major in mechanical engineering; 2. More than 3 years of production management experience, familiar with production management processes and methods; 3. Proficient in using WORD, EXCELE, PPT and other office software, familiar with ERP; 4. Be able to formulate production plans and production schedules, and effectively manage and train production personnel; 5. Strong interpersonal communication, coordination, organizational skills and a high degree of team spirit, strong sense of responsibility.
