Job Responsibilities

1. Lead the engineering team in handling new product introduction, technical reviews of new customer orders, documentation issuance and maintenance, and feasibility assessments and implementation of new products/processes. 2. Improve and enhance process quality during mass production, handle anomaly analysis and risk assessment. 3. Improve and enhance production efficiency, optimize processes, and drive lean improvements on-site. 4. Maintain and manage production equipment to ensure normal operation. 5. Lead the evaluation, introduction, and usage of auxiliary and consumable materials. 6. Oversee department operations, enhance staff capabilities, and standardize internal management.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree with over 5 years of experience in managing engineering technology teams. 2. Familiar with the production processes of cables or consumer electronics products. 3. Knowledgeable in handling quality issues related to cables or consumer electronics, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Experienced in methods for improving production efficiency and quality. 5. Familiar with manufacturing process management requirements for major brand clients. 6. Strong logical thinking, analytical judgment, and leadership abilities. 7. Experience working abroad is preferred and willingness to be stationed overseas is a plus.
