Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the management of production, technology, quality, equipment, on-site operations, production statistics, and safety production in the shoe factory, ensuring the normal operation of production. 2. Familiar with order accounting, production planning, and organizing production operations. 3. Capable of arranging personnel production work, performance evaluation of staff, having team leadership skills, and regularly organizing monthly production planning meetings. 4. Strictly follow the production order to complete the production tasks with quality and quantity, ensuring the fulfillment of order contracts. 5. Responsible for the acceptance and confirmation of process and quality standards, and preparation work before production. 6. Ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or higher, with experience in Taiwan-funded background and international brand production management preferred. 2. Excellent professional qualities, strong team spirit, responsibility, ability to handle pressure and accept challenges. 3. Age under 50 years old.
