Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for designing new warehouse layouts based on warehouse environment and operational processes, ensuring timely and quality implementation, delivery, and acceptance of the layout in overseas warehouses. 2. Design and oversee the implementation of warehouse electrical systems (strong and weak current), CCTV, and fire safety systems, and make optimizations based on management needs. 3. Evaluate the needs for storage, production, and IT equipment within the warehouse, and continuously optimize the allocation of resources. 4. Analyze on-site layout, operational processes, and tools, develop optimization plans based on identified pain points, and ensure their implementation. 5. Coordinate with overseas warehouse teams, procurement, information engineering, operations, finance, and other relevant departments to facilitate efficient planning and execution.

Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or above, with a preference for majors in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Design, Electrical Engineering, or Logistics Management. 2. Over 3 years of experience in e-commerce warehouse planning; experience in warehouse construction is preferred. 3. Proficient in CAD, OFFICE, and other office software, with a deep understanding of warehouse equipment and relevant laws and regulations; strong logical thinking and data analysis skills. 4. Strong learning ability, responsibility, good coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure.
