Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overall after-sales operation and maintenance management; 2. Responsible for the company's foreign after-sales service of products, agent training, and on-site support services for after-sales products; 3. Responsible for the consultation and solution of product problems, and assist customers to solve problems in the process of on-site use; 4. Responsible for the basic performance test of the product, record and feedback the problems in the process; 5. Assist in R&D and positioning on-site product problems, and implement the implementation of on-site rectification plans; 6. Responsible for product maintenance and use training in the customer's after-sales process.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, with relevant after-sales management experience of the whole machine product; 2. Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and be able to actively find and promote the solution of problems; 3. Proficient in computer and office software; 4. Have relevant experience in the application of agricultural machinery industry, automobile industry and navigation industry, and understand automatic driving technology, robot technology and on-board sensor technology; Experience in vehicle testing and product assistant is preferred; 5. Able to bear hardships and stand hard work, have the courage to work under pressure, and have strong learning, analysis and summary skills; 6. Have a driver's license and be able to drive, arrange overseas business trips, and have English communication skills; 7. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
